呼吸管理团队在COPD伴呼吸衰竭序贯机械通气患者中的应用效果分析

Effect of Respiratory Management Team on COPD Patients with Sequential Mechanical Ventilation with Respiratory Failure

目的分析呼吸管理团队在COPD伴呼吸衰竭序贯机械通气患者中的应用效果。方法择本院2016年7月~2017年7月接收的62例COPD伴有呼吸衰竭且序贯机械通气病患资料,随机分研究组(31例)和对照组(31例)。对照组给予常规护理管理,研究组由呼吸管理的团队实施综合性康复护理,观察探讨两组应用护理效果。结果对照组呼吸机的使用时间比研究组长,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组PaCO_2(动脉的二氧化碳分压)比研究组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组专科护理评分相比,对照组比研究组(18.52±1.42)分低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论呼吸管理团队于COPD伴发呼吸衰竭行序贯机械通气的病患中效果佳。

Objective To analyze the effect of respiratory management team in COPD patients with sequential mechanical ventilation with respiratory failure.Methods A total of62COPD patients with respiratory failure and sequential mechanical ventilation were enrolled in our hospital from July2016to July2017.The patients were randomly divided into study group(n=31)and control group(n=31).The control group was treated with the routine nursing management,and the observation group was implemented comprehensive rehabilitation care by the respiratory management team.Analyse the application of nursing effect between the two groups.Results The duration of the ventilator in control group was longer than that in the study group,which was significantly different(P<0.05);PaCO2(arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure)in control group was higher than that in the study group,which was significantly different(P<0.05).Compare the score of specialist nursing group between the two group,which was lower in the control group than that in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion The respiratory management team is effective in COPD patients with sequential mechanical ventilation with respiratory failure.
