SPECT骨显像联合ESR、CRP在强直性脊柱炎患者诊断中的运用

The Application of SPECT Bone Imaging Combined with ESR and CRP in the Diagnosis of Ankylosing Spondylitis

目的研究在强直性脊柱炎患者的诊断过程中,使用SPECT骨显像以及ESR、CRP的临床意义和相关信号的意义。方法选取2012年6月—2017年6月来本院检查的94例强直性脊柱炎患者作为研究对象,对所有患者进行X线或CT检查作为结果对照组数据,并进行SPECT骨显像检查作为观察组数据,然后测定其ESR、CRP数值以及RF阳性检查,获取检查效果,研究其临床意义。结果 SPECT显像结果中,有88人为阳性,阳性率是93.62%,两组数据的差异明显,P<0.05;X线(CT)检查阳性率是78.72%;骨显像评分与ESR、CRP数值均有明显相关性,P<0.05;且CRP、ESR数值与骨显像评分有线性关系。RF与评分数值的关系不明显。结论通过使用SPECT骨显像检查,能够较好的检查出强直性脊柱炎,检出率较高,且通过结合ESR、CRP数值,能够判断病变部位的范围、代谢情况,具有较高的临床意义,可以进行推广。

Objective To study the application of SPECT bone imaging combined with ESR and CRP in the diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis.Methods94cases of ankylosing spondylitis were selected from June2012to June2017in our hospital as the research objects.All patients underwent X-ray or CT examination as the control group data,and SPECT bone imaging was taken as the observation group data.Then the ESR,CRP values and RF positive examination were measured,the results were obtained,and the clinical significance was studied.Results In the results of SPECT imaging,88cases were positive,and the positive rate was93.62%.The positive rate of X-ray(CT)examination was78.72%.The pseudo linear equation of bone imaging score-ESR was y=0.0523x-0.6611,R2was0.7191,and the Quasilinear equation of bone imaging score-CRP was y=0.0846x-2.7556and R2was0.9153.The values of CRP and ESR were directly related to bone imaging score.The relationship between the RF and the score value was not obvious.Conclusion The detection rate of ankylosing spondylitis is better by using SPECT bone imaging examination,which have a high detection rate.By combining the value of ESR and CRP,the range of the lesion can be judged,and it has high clinical significance which should be popularized.
