摘要
目的探究全方位护理对心肌梗死患者舒适度和满意度的影响。方法选取2015年3月~2016年3月河南科技大学第一附属医院收治的心肌梗死患者86例,将所有患者按照入院的先后顺序进行单双数分组,分为实验组和对照组,各43例,全方位护理应用于实验组患者,常规护理应用可以对照组患者,比较两组患者的舒适度和满意度。结果实验组患者的Kolcaba舒适状况量表评分高于对照组(P<0.01);两组患者的满意率比较,实验组(100%)高于对照组(86.0%),差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在心肌梗死患者的治疗中应用全方位护理,可以提高患者的舒适度和满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of full range nursing on comfort and satisfaction of patients with myocardial infarction.Methods According to the order of admission,86patients with myocardial infarction methods from March2015to March2016in our hospital were divided into the experimental group and the control group.The full range nursing was applied to the experimental group,and the routine nursing was treated to the control group.The comfort and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The Kolcaba Comfort Scale score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).The satisfaction rate of the experimental group(100%)was significant higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of full range nursing in the treatment of myocardial infarction patients can improve the degree of comfort and satisfaction.
