早期综合护理对手烧伤患者瘢痕严重程度的疗效分析

Analysis of the Curative Effect of Scar Severity in Early Comprehensive Nursing Care Burn Patients

目的探讨早期综合护理干预对于减轻手烧伤患者瘢痕程度的影响。方法选取郑州市第一人民医院2016年06月~2017年06月收治的60例手烧伤患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法均分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30),对照组患者给予临床常规护理,观察组患者给予早期综合护理干预,对比两组患者临床干预效果。结果观察组患者瘢痕严重程度显著低于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组患者对护理满意度(96.67%)显著高于对照组(70.00%),组间比较差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=7.680;P<0.05)。结论对于手部烧伤患者实施早期综合护理干预可以有效的降低患者瘢痕程度,缓解患者的症状,提高患者对护理的满意度,效果显著,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the effect of early comprehensive nursing intervention on the degree of scar in patients with burn injury.Methods Sixty cases of hand burn patients admitted to the First People s Hospital of Zhengzhou City from June2016to June2017were selected as the research objects,Using random number table method were divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30),the control group of patients given clinical routine care,Patients in the observation group were given early comprehensive nursing intervention,comparing the clinical effects of the two groups.Results The severity of scar in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(96.67%)were significantly higher than those in the control group(70.00%),The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ2=7.680;P<0.05).Conclusion For the hand burn patients with early comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the degree of scar patients,relieve the symptoms of patients,improve patient satisfaction with the care,the effect is significant,with clinical value.
