强化风险管理在心力衰竭患者压疮预防中的作用

The Role of Intensive Risk Management in the Prevention of Pressure Ulcer in Patients with Heart Failure

目的探讨强化风险管理在心力衰竭患者压疮预防中的作用。方法搜集2015年5月~2016年5月间河南省商丘市第一人民医院收治的心力衰竭患者86例,随机分为实验组(n=43)和对照组(n=43),对照组实施常规护理,实验组实施强化风险管理护理,比较两组患者压疮发生率,判断其在压疮预防中的临床作用。结果实验组压疮上报率(32.6%)高于对照组(11.6%),压疮发生率(2.3%)低于对照组(16.3%),护理满意度(97.3±2.1)分高于对照组(86.3±2.6)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化风险管理护理应用于心力衰竭患者中,能够提高压疮上报率、降低压疮发生率,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the role of intensive risk management in the prevention of pressure ulcer in patients with heart failure.Methods Eighty-six patients with heart failure who were treated in Shangqiu First People s Hospital of Henan Province from May2015to May2016were randomly divided into experimental group(n=43)and control group(n=43).The control group received the routine nursing,and the experimental group implementation of strengthening the risk management of nursing care.The incidence of two groups of patients with pressure sore was compared and the clinical effect in the prevention of bedsore was judged.Results The rate of pressure sore reporting in experimental group(32.6%)was higher than that in control group(11.6%).The incidence of pressure sore(2.3%)was lower than that of control group(16.3%),nursing satisfaction(97.3±2.1)(86.3±2.6)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening risk management nursing in patients with heart failure can improve the rate of pressure sore reporting,reduce the incidence of pressure sores,and improve nursing satisfaction.
