研究护理干预对骨折患者术后疼痛的影响

Effect Investigation of Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Pain of Patients with Fractures

目的 :分析护理干预对骨折患者术后疼痛的影响。方法选择2013年9月~2015年9月南阳市骨科医院收治的骨折患者60例作为本研究对象,按照随机原则,分为观察组(n=30)与对照组(n=30),对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上加入优质护理干预,对比两组患者术后1小时、24小时、48小时、72小时疼痛评分和护理满意度。结果观察组术后72小时疼痛评分均明显低于对照组,数据均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且护理满意度高,数据均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预措施应用在骨折患者术后护理过程中,能有效缓解患者术后疼痛,提升患者护理满意度,值得在临床大力推广使用。

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on postoperative pain in patients with fracture.Methods In September2013to September2015nanyang fracture patients with60cases of orthopaedic hospital as the research object,according to the principle of random,divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30)and control group with routine nursing care,observation group of patients on the basis of joining high-quality nursing intervention,compared two groups of patients,one hour after24hours,48hours,72hours of pain scores and nursing satisfaction.Results The pain score of72hours after surgery was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the data were statistically significant(P<0.05).Moreover,the nursing satisfaction was high,and the data was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high quality nursing intervention can effectively relieve postoperative pain and improve patient care satisfaction,which is worthy to be widely used in clinical practice.
