自拟参藤除颤汤治疗帕金森病临床体会

The Clinical experience about Self-made ShenTeng Chuchan Decoction on Parkinson's Disease

目的:观察自拟参藤除颤汤治疗帕金森病的临床疗效。方法:采用自拟参藤除颤汤治疗26例帕金森病患者,参照Webster帕金森病功能障碍记分法,结合中医证候制定疗效评定方法,观察临床治疗治疗效果。结果:临床治愈8例,明显进步7例,进步8例,稍有进步3例,无效0例,总有效率为100%。结论:自拟参藤除颤汤可改善帕金森病症状,疗效明显,无明显不良反应,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective To observe the effects of Self-made ShenTeng Chuchan Decoction on Parkinson's disease.Methods 26 patients with definite diagnosis of Parkinson's disease patients taking Shenteng Chuchan Decoction,with reference to Webster Parkinson's disease dysfunction score,combined with Clinical Evaluation in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)method to observe the clinical common hand,head,lower limbs and other parts of the symptoms of treatment before and after the effect.Results 8 cases were clinically cured,7 cases improved obviously,8 cases improved,and 3 cases improved slightly,0 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 100%.Conclusion ShenTeng Chuchan Decoction can improve the symptoms of Parkinson's disease,with significant efficacy,and no obvious discomfort,it is worth further application.
