摘要
重载铁路随着轴重的提高,对轨下基础的要求也相应提高,对过渡段的要求也更为严格。以湖南柘溪水电站过坝滑道轨道改造工程为背景,研究超重载(轴重45 t)轨道过渡段受力状况。在理论分析的基础上,应用数值模拟仿真分析。研究结果表明:新设计的橡胶-桥梁钢板组合结构的橡胶取30 mm,其弹性模量取20 MPa是合适的。提出的处理措施具有一定的实际应用价值,可以直接运用于实际重载铁路工程的过渡段,以缓解轮轨之间的冲击作用。
With the increase of the axle load of heavy railway,more stringent requirements are required for the rail foundation in the transition section.This paper was based on the subprojects of Hunan Zhexi Hydropower Station dam slide track reconstruction project,and the study on overload(axle load of 45 tons)track transition stress condition was conducted.On the basis of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation was used to analyze.In the new design of composite structure of rubber-bridge steel plate,the thickness of rubber 30mm,its elastic modulus 20 MPa is appropriate.The treatment measures proposed in this paper have certain practical value,and can be directly applied to the transition section of actual heavy haul railway engineering to alleviate the impact between wheel and rail.
