零散货物快运列车开行方案优选方法 被引量:4

摘要 根据零散货物快运列车的组织特征,考虑开行方案的输送能力、技术运用、经济性、服务质量、社会效益和方案竞争力,提出基于直觉模糊集和多属性群决策的零散快运列车开行方案优选方法。在组织评估专家以直觉模糊值的形式给出各方案评价值的基础上,计算专家的对方案的偏好信息;检验和改进偏好矩阵的一致性水平和群体一致性水平,确定各指标下各专家权重,以集结专家偏好信息;从而构建多目标规划模型,确定指标综合权重;利用IFWA算子计算各方案的综合评价值,确定列车开行方案优劣顺序。实例分析验证了该优选方法的有效性。 According to the organization characteristics of fragmented cargo express freight train,considering of transportation capacity,technology utilization,economy,service quality,social benefit and competitiveness,the preferred method of fragmented cargo express freight train operation plan based on intuitionistic fuzzy sets and Multi-attribute group decision making is proposed.Firstly,on the basis of the evaluation value of each plan given by experts in the form of intuitionistic fuzzy values(IFVs),preference information of experts under each attribute is got.Secondly,the complementary preference matrix is tested and modified until all preference relations reach an acceptable predefined individual consistency and group consensus level.The weight of each expert is determined to gather the preference information of all experts.Thirdly,a multi-objective programming model is constructed to derive the attribute weights.Finally,the ranking order of each plan is generated based on the comprehensive evaluation value calculated by the IFWA operator.The example showed that the method is effective.
