摘要
目的观察龙虎人丹(LHRD)对链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导的糖尿病小鼠血糖的影响。方法将正常小鼠随机分为空白对照组、龙虎人丹给药组(100 mg/kg)和盐酸二甲双胍组(Metformin,200 mg/kg),每组8只,连续灌药2周,观察血糖和糖耐量的变化,建立STZ诱导的糖尿病模型,随机分为正常对照组、STZ组、龙虎人丹给药组(100 mg/kg)和盐酸二甲双胍组(200 mg/kg),每组6只,另选6只正常小鼠做空白对照组,连续给药5周后,观察各组小鼠糖耐量、体质量和血糖的变化情况。结果龙虎人丹能显著增强正常小鼠糖耐量(P<0.05),且能显著降低糖尿病小鼠的血糖(P<0.01),改善糖耐量。结论龙虎人丹对STZ诱导的糖尿病小鼠有显著的降糖作用。
Objective To investigate the hypoglycemic effect of Long Hu Ren Dan(LHRD)on STZ-induced diabetic mice.Method Normal mice were randomly divided into three groups:the control group,LHRD group(100mg/kg),metformin group(200mg/kg),and all groups were intragastrically administrated with corresponding drugs for2weeks.The changes of glucose tolerance were measured.Diabetic mice model was induced by injection of streptozocin(STZ).Mice were divided randomly into4groups:the control group,STZ group,LHRD group(100mg/kg)and metformin group(200mg/kg).After5-week administration,the glucose tolerance,body weight and blood glucose level of mice were determined.Results LHRD significantly increased the glucose tolerance in normal mice(P<0.05),decreased the level of fasting blood glucose(P<0.01)and improved glucose tolerance in diabetic mice.Conclusion LHRD can significantly reduce hyperglycemia in STZ-induced diabetic mice.
