摘要
动物衰老模型是衰老相关研究中必须涉及到的课题。目前动物衰老模型有很多种,如自然衰老模型、D-半乳糖致衰老模型、O_3损伤致衰老模型、快速老化模型(SAMP)、去胸腺衰老模型等,本文对这些动物衰老模型进行比较与评估,并对其机制进行总结探讨,为相关实验提供理论参考。
The animal aging model has been involved in aging research.At present,there are many kinds of animal aging models,such as natural aging model,D-galactose-induced aging model,O3injury-induced aging model,senesecence-acclerated mouse(SAMP)and thymectomy models.This paper will evaluate these aging models,and summarize the potential mechanisms of these models,which may provide a theoretical reference for related experiments.
