A study on an innovative development on earthquake prevention and disaster reduction:Example of effectively implemented governmental functions in Langfang

市县防震减灾工作多年来靠单一部门封闭发展,在一定程度上陷入发展瓶颈,在国家实施京津冀协同发展的大背景下,以廊坊市为例,探索市县地方政府在平台搭建、资源融合、政策支持、部门联动等方面与防震减灾事业的有机融合和创新发展。

The task of local earthquake prevention and disaster reduction has been implemented by a single governmental department for years,which has caused development bottleneck.This study takes Langfang as an example to demonstrate an innovative system that considers multiple factors,such as local platform construction,resources reconciliation,policy support,and department coordination,etc.,in the background of the collaborative development of Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei Province.
