摘要
我国加入WTO之后企业制度演化的规律,研究中西方不同跨国公司治理体系方面的变迁。对怎样吸收与应用先进跨国公司治理经验进一步优化国企的治理模式,构造我国跨国企业今后的治理模式。
This paper mainly discusses the rules of institutional evolution after China’s entry into WTO,and studies the changes in the governance system of investment companies in China.Then,how to absorb and apply each other’s governance experience to further optimize the governance model of state-owned enterprises and construct the future governance model of the multinational enterprises in China is carried out in a detailed and in-depth study.
