摘要
分析了在寒冷地区进行充电站规划时,气候等外界条件对电动汽车动力电池、电动汽车设计以及充电站建设的影响,建立了考虑外界因素影响的充电站规划数学模型。模型首先建立了适用于不同环境的充电需求估测方法,考虑了市区复杂环境与每个充电站覆盖的服务范围之间的关系,接下来基于排队论方法建立充电站容量估计模型,考虑了充电站作为大负荷对电网的影响。以北方某城市为例进行了算例分析,同时探究了快、慢充电模式和充电机服务强度变化对规划结果的影响,使模型更为精确可行,同时增强了模型的适应性。
This paper analyzes the influence of external conditions,such as climate,on electric vehicle power battery,electric vehicle design and charging station construction during the charging stations plan in cold areas.The charging station planning models which have been based on the external factors is established.Considering the connection between the complex environment in urban regions and service areas covered by charging station,the model firstly establishes a charging demand estimation method,which is suitable for different environment.And then,considering charging station as a large load on the grid,charging station capacity estimation model is established,which is based on queuing theory method.A case study in a northern city is taken as an example,and the effect of fast and slow charging modes and charger service intensity on the planning results are studied.Above all the model is improved more accurately and feasibly and the adaptability is enhanced at the same time.
