黄檀属植物化学成分和药理活性研究进展

Research Progress on Chemical Constituents and Medical Functions in Plants of Dalbergia Linn. f.

黄檀属植物化学成分主要为黄酮及其苷类、香豆素类、醌类等,具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗菌、成骨活性、脑保护作用、止泻等多种生物活性。文章通过对国内外有关黄檀属植物的文献资料进行系统整理,对其化学成分和药理作用进行综述,以期为该属植物的开发利用提供参考。

The major chemical constituents in plants of Dalbergia Linn.f.are flavonoids and its glycosides,coumarins and quinones.Researchs show the plants of Dalbergia Linn.f.have many biological activitives,including antioxidant activity,anti-inflammatory activity,antibacterial activity,osteogenic activity,cerebral protective effect and anti-diarrhea effect.This review focuses on the chemical structures of constituents and medical functions of Dalbergia Linn.f.It would provide a good reference to further utilize this medicinal plant.
