高职院校金融管理专业实践培养体系的探索

Exploration of Practice Training System of Financial Management Major in Vocational Colleges:Taking Financial Management Major of Sichuan Business Vocational College as the Example

随着我国金融业的发展以及资本市场的日趋成熟,用人单位更注重人才的实践和创新能力。传统金融管理专业的教学过程偏重书本理论,而高职院校的实践培养往往流于形式。实行实践培养体系,必须明确该体系下的结构体系、层次体系、内容体系和组成体系四个构成要素,在构建过程中针对这四个方面进行系统性、完备性、具体性的构建,针对该问题,本文就金融管理专业的实践培养体系需解决的问题进行探索性的研究。

With the development of Chinese financial industry and the maturing of the capital market,employers are paying more attention to the practice and innovation capabilities of employees.However,the traditional teaching process emphasizes more on theory rather than practice for financial management major.In fact,theory must not be divorced from practice.In general,the practice of training system consists of four elements including the structure system,the level system,the content system and the component system.The four elements should be established systematically,completely and specifically.This paper explores the problems which need solving in practice training system of financial management major.
