摘要
本文主要采取问卷调查的方式进行资料收集,旨在分析影响"90后"员工忠诚度的因素,并综合考虑"90后"员工的自身特性和忠诚度现状,探究出其在职场上的真实需求,帮助企业管理者制定适合自身的人力资源管理体系。
Mainly Conducting the form of questionare for date collection,the purpose of this paper is to analyze the factors that affect the loyalty of post-90s employees,and to explore the real needs of post-90s employees in the workplace by taking into account their own characteristics and loyalty status,so as to help enterprise managers to develop their own human resource management system.
