在现代化企业发展过程中需要强化管理,以有效降低企业运行成本,提升经济效益,提高企业市场竞争力。供应链管理是企业管理中的重要内容,旨在对企业内外部的资源进行协调,从而将资源的最大化优势发挥出来。在近年来理论创新和理念更新的背景下,绿色供应链管理理念在企业管理中得到了较为广泛的应用,企业更是将绿色供应链管理作为成本控制的重要手段。基于此,本文就绿色供应链管理及物流成本管理进行讨论,旨在为企业的物流管理实践和成本控制提供更为全面和有效的指导。

In the process of the development of modern enterprises,management should be strengthened to effectively reduce the operation cost,improve economic efficiency and improve the market competitiveness of the enterprises.Supply chain management is an important part of enterprise management,which aims to coordinate the internal and external resources of enterprises,so as to give full play to the maximization of the resources.In recent years,under the background of theoretical innovation and renewal of ideas,the concept of green supply chain management has been widely used in enterprises’management,and the enterprises even take green supply chain management as an important means of cost control.Based on this,this paper discussed green supply chain management and logistics cost management,aiming to provide more comprehensive and effective guidance for logistics management practice and cost control of enterprises.
