摘要
结合多项目工程中商品混凝土的需求特点,将供应链思想引入多项目混凝土供应中,建立供应链导向下的多项目预拌商品混凝土供应商评价指标体系,采用AHP和熵值法相结合的组合赋权法计算备选混凝土供应商评价指标的组合权重值,并结合改进的TOPSIS法对备选混凝土供应商进行综合优选评价,同时通过分别运用组合赋权、AHP法以及熵值法对某工程实例进行改进TOPSIS优选排序,验证了基于组合赋权-改进TOPSIS法在建筑企业优选混凝土供应商的决策过程中的适用性与优越性.
With demand features of commercial concrete in multi-project,supply chain idea was introduced into its concrete supply,and supply chain-oriented multi-project pre-mixed concrete supplier evaluation index system was established.Empowerment combination which combines AHP with entropy method was used to calculate combination weight of evaluation index of alternative concrete suppliers.The alternative concrete suppliers were evaluated synthetically with improved TOPSIS method.At the same time,bycombining weighting method,AHP method and entropy method,the TOPSIS optimization was used to optimize one sample project.The result shows the applicability and superiority of TOPSIS method,which is based on empowerment combination and im proved TOPSIS model in the decision-making process of optimizing concrete enterprises.
