摘要
为构建水稻基因组模拟遗传图谱、开发基于基因的分子标记利用籼粳间序列多态性数据,在SQL数据库中查询获取基于基因的InDel标记.共获得12 649个水稻非转座子编码基因的22 818个InDel位点,InDel大小在6 bp到85 bp之间,非常适合于共显性PCR标记的开发,同时发现水稻染色体臂及大多数着丝区序列位置和遗传图距存在线性相关,以此构建了包含高密度基于基因的InDel标记的模拟遗传图谱,可为水稻的分子育种和遗传作图提供理论和应用参考.
By constructing a rice genome simulation genetic map and developing gene-based molecular markers with InDel polymorphism based on the genomes of Nipponbare,genetic InDel markers were acquired by means of SQL database query method.22818InDels in12649rice genes encoding non-transposon are obtained.InDel size is from6bp to85bp,which is very suitablefor the development of codominant PCR marker.There is a linear correlation between location in genetic map and position in genome sequence for all rice chromosomes arm and many centromere regions.The simulation genetic map containing high-densitygene-based InDel markers is useful for molecular breeding and genetics mapping
