‘银叶’野鸦椿组培快繁技术与组培苗光合色素测定 被引量:1

摘要 以‘银叶’野鸦椿带芽茎段为材料,研究其组培快繁技术.结果表明:75%酒精处理30 s结合0.1%升汞处理8 min,消毒效果最好;MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA为适宜的初代培养基;MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L NAA为适宜的增殖培养基,增殖系数达4.07;‘银叶’野鸦椿组培苗叶片的叶绿素a含量显著低于野鸦椿组培苗的叶绿素a含量. The stem segment with bud of Euscaphis japonica‘Silver’was used to study the tissue culture of the new cultivar.The results show that the disinfection effects are the best when stem segment is disinfected in75%alcohol disinfection for30seconds andthen in0.1%HgCl2disinfection for8minuets.The suitable culture medium for primary culture is MS+1.0mg/L6-BA+0.1mg/LNAA.The suitable culture medium on subculture is MS+2.0mg/L6-BA+0.5mg/L NAA with proliferation value of4.07.And itis also showed that chlorophyll a content of Euscaphis Japonica‘Silver’seedling is significantly lower than that of Euscaphis japonica seedling.
