犯罪人监禁期间基本没有个人收入,家庭收入进一步降低;原有的职业被迫中止,工作的稳定性受到破坏;长期脱离家庭,婚恋关系可能面临着危机;结识更多的狱友,不良交往情况越发严重等。这些负面的影响都会导致犯罪人出狱后的生存环境进一步恶化,进而增加其再犯可能性。有效预防犯罪人再犯,需要刑罚执行机构、社会和家庭共同努力,发挥各自优势,避免各自劣势,来提高特殊预防的整体水平。

When a criminal is in prison,there is little income and the family income is further reduced.The original profession was suspended and the stability of the work was destroyed.Long time of absence from the family may endanger the marriage.The criminal get to know more inmates,and the situation is getting worse.These negative effects will lead to the further deterioration of the living environment after the release of the criminal,thus increasing the possibility of recidivism.The effective prevention of crimes against offenders requires the joint efforts of the executing agencies,the society and the family to give full play to their respective advantages and avoid their respective disadvantages so as to improve the overall level of special prevention.
