由于我国经济迅速发展,随之出现的环境问题也日益严重,政府和居民对环境问题逐渐重视。以美国弗拉格斯塔夫市例,对美国中小城市的环境管理措施进行分析,为我国城市环境管理提供借鉴。

As China’s economy develops rapidly,the environmental problems become increasingly serious as well,which arouse concerns of the government and residents.The analysis of the environmental management measures of small-medium cities in the United States,with the environmental management program and its effect and implement of renewable energy plan in the City of Flagstaff as an example,is hopefully to be of reference for the improvement of city environmental management in China.
