国内MOOC教育管理存在的问题主要包括重复建设、资源被垄断、模式僵化等,立足智慧决策,从教育对象、教育目标、教育效果三个方面提出了解决三个定位不清晰的有关MOOC教育管理问题的方案和路径。

This paper analyzes such existing problems in the management of various MOOCs as repeated construction,monopoly of resources,and rigid modes.These problems arise from the unclear orientation of the teaching goals,objects,and effects.Based on intelligent decision,the paper puts forward the solution to its mis-orientations.
