基于医患会话语料库的模糊限制语研究

A Study of Hedges Based on the Doctor-patient Communication Corpus

医患交际中不可避免地会使用到大量模糊限制语。通过对医患会话语料库中的模糊限制语使用情况的统计发现:医生和患者在各自的表述中都大量使用直接缓和型模糊限制语;医生和患者使用程度变动型模糊限制语多于范围变动型模糊限制语;医生对模糊限制语的使用总量大于患者对模糊限制语的使用总量。医生和患者在模糊限制语的使用类型及频率方面的差异与疾病的复杂性、疾诊治的渐进性等及患者的医学知识及心理需求等因素直接相关。

Hedges are greatly used in doctor-patient communication.The statistics from data of doctor-patient communication show:both doctors and patients employ a great number of attribution shields;patients and doctors use more adaptors than rounders;the total number of hedges used by doctors are higher than patients.The types and frequency of hedges employed in doctor-patient communication are driven by the complication of disease and the gradualness of diagnosis of the doctors as well as the lack of medical knowledge and the psychological need of the patients.
