高校班级团支部活力量化考核体系研究

On the Vitality of Class Youth League Branches in Universities Based on Quantified-evaluation System

班级团支部活力建设情况直接关系到高校共青团的吸引力、凝聚力和战斗力。对全国20所高校的600多个班级团支部进行深度调研,分析班级团支部活力建设和管理中存在的问题和影响因素,并就如何构建科学的量化考核指标体系提出相应的对策,以期切实提升高校班级团支部活力,充分发挥其应有职能。

The vitality construction of the class Youth League branch is directly related to the attraction,cohesion and effectiveness of the Communist Youth League.Based on the in-depth nationwide research of more than600class branches in more than20colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the problems and influencing factors of the vitality construction of the class branch,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures on how to construct the scientific quantified evaluation index system to strengthen the vitality construction of the university branch,so that they can play their due roles.
