摘要 帕金森病(PD)是仅次于阿尔茨海默病的第二大神经退行性疾病。但是其具体致病机制尚未完全明了。并且现今治疗仅能改善症状,并不能阻止病情发展。近些年,人们发现各种MicroRNAs尤其是MicroRNA-7在PD的发生进展和治疗中具有重大意义。因此,详细阐明MicroRNA-7在PD中的作用和意义,可帮助我们更透彻地了解PD的致病机制,为寻求新的治疗方法提供新的思路。 Parkinson′s disease(PD)is the second most common neurodegenerative disorder after Alzheimer′s disease,howeverthepathogenesis remains unclear.Till nowthe treatment of PD is limited to alleviating the symptoms,and cannot prevent the development of the disease.In recent years,the important role and significance of microRNAs,especially microRNA-7,in the process and treatment of PD,has been suggested.Therefore,the detailed description of microRNA-7mayhelp us to understand the pathogenesis of PD and to provide new ideas for seeking new treatment.
