摘要
针对履带板三维力测试过程中存在维间耦合的问题,提出能在工程中实际应用的履带板三维力解耦策略.首先通过模拟实际应用环境对履带板进行标定,然后采用基于响应面法的原理对标定数据解析处理,实现了履带板三维力之间的解耦.结果表明,利用该方法对履带板测试数据解耦得到的三维力与试验台施加的标准载荷对比,误差较小.该方法易于工程应用,能够对履带板三维力进行解耦,达到实现准确测量各方向力的目的.
Argeting the problem existed in the coupling of3-axis force when testing the tracks forces,a decoupling strategy that was fit for engineering practice was presented.By using the response surface method,the cross-coupling matrix was obtained.According to the data processing results,the measuring accuracy of the track3-axis force was satisfied,therefore it is concluded that this decoupling strategy was suit for engineering practice and it can realize the track3-axis force obtaining.
