任何理论的研究必须结合经验性研究的成果。各国制度质量在对外贸易、投资以及区域合作中,通过与别国竞争活动得以展现。文章以制度经济学、比较制度经济学理论为基础,试图在“一带一路”理论研究与实证研究之间建立合理的逻辑联系,在一个明确共同的基本维度即制度之上,力求全面捕捉“一带一路”沿线国家制度质量信息,以明确“一带一路”沿线国家制度质量的差异性,为我国“一带一路”倡议顺利推进提供理论支撑。

The rsearch of any theory must be combined with the results of empirical research.The quality of national institutions is demonstrated through competition with other countries in foreign trade,investment and regional cooperation.In this paper,based on the theory of institutional economics and comparative institutional economics,trying to“area”theoretical research and empirical research,establish the reasonable logic connection between them.In a clear common basic dimensions of the system,and strive to fully capture all the way“area”of national system of quality information,along with a clear“neighbourhood”all the way along the national system of quality,the difference of the vision for our country“neighbourhood”all the way smoothly to provide theoretical support.
