随着上海科创中心建设步伐加快,金融服务于科创企业的举措不断推出,上海在借鉴国际经验的同时,也在科技金融领域不断实践创新。文章从科技金融的含义、科技型企业的特点出发,比较美国、日本、以色列等国际上较有代表性的科技金融结合的实践模式,在此基础上分析探讨国内科技金融发展的现状,特别是上海在科技金融领域的实践,并对上海建科创中心背景下的科技金融服务提出一些建议。

As Shanghai speeds up the construction of Science and Technology Innovation Center,varies kinds of financial services have been promoted for high tech enterprises.Shanghai,on one hand keeps a close eye on international experiences in this field,while on the other hand,it focuses on independent innovation in the practice of sci tech finance.The auther defines the meaning of sci tech finance,analysize the characteristic of high tech enterprises and makes a comparative study on three modes of sci tech finance from different countries,and on the basis of the comparative study,the author gives a brief picture of the current development of sci tech finance in Shanghai,and makes suggestions on the current practice of sci tech financial service in Shanghai.
