摘要
目的建立利用高效液相色谱法测定云南松松针中有效成分槲皮素的含量。方法采用Inert Sustain C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱;以乙腈-0.3%磷酸水溶液(35∶65)为流动相;检测波长370 nm;流速1m L·min-1;柱温:40℃。结果槲皮素进样量在0.096~0.485μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),样品的平均回收率为100.4%,RSD为1.72%(n=6)。结论本法操作简便、快速、分离效果好、稳定性高、重现性好,可用于松针中槲皮素的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of quercetin in pine needle of Pinus yunnanensis Franch.Methods InertSustain C|8(4.6 mmx250 mm,5 pm)was used.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.3%phosphoric acid solution(35:65),the UV wavelength of quercetin was 370 nm,the flow rate was 1 mL?min 1,the temperature of column was 40^.Results Quercetin was good linearity over the range of 0.096?0.485 pg(r=0.999 8),the average recovery was 100.41%was 1.72%(n=6).Conclusion The method was simple,sensitive,accurate and reproducible.It can be applied to determine the content of quercetin in pine needle of Pinus yunnanensis Franch.
