摘要
分析了影响数控机床布局的因素和指标,并构建了数控机床布局方案评价指标体系。综合灰色关联分析与模糊综合评价的各自优点建立灰色模糊综合评价模型,该模型运用梯形模糊数对方案中的定性指标进行规范化处理;通过灰色关联分析计算出设计方案的灰色系数;通过层次分析法确定各指标的权重,能够使评价结果更加有效、准确。运用该模型对数控机床布局的设计方案进行评价,评价结果基本符合实际情况,说明灰色模糊综合评价能够客观地反映各数控机床布局设计方案的优劣。
In this paper,the factors and standards that influence numerical control(NC)machine tools were analyzed,and the evaluation index system of NC machine tools layout schemes was established.Furthermore,summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of grey correlation analysis(GCA)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE)respectively,the grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(GFCE)model was established.The model standardizedly processed the qualitative index in the scheme by using trapezium fuzzy values.Based on GCA and analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the grey coefficient and the weight of each index have been obtained r espectively,which improves the effectivity and accuracy of the evaluation result.Evaluating the design scheme of NC machine t ool based on the model,the evaluated result fundamentally agreed with practical conditions,which shows that GFCE is able to reflect the quality of an NC machine tool design scheme objectively.
