摘要
通过Romax Designer软件建立五档5T18型变速器齿轮—轴承系统仿真模型,在一档工况下分析了输出轴后端深沟球轴承在不同轴承预紧度、倾斜度下对系统动力学性能的影响,获得了系统轴承力、传动误差和动态啮合力等动态响应曲线。
In this paper,a five-gear-stage 5T18 transmission gear-bearing drive system dynamic simulation model was established by using Romax Designer software.Based on the condition of first-gear stage,the paper analyzed the influences on the system dynamic performance by deep groove ball bearing at the rear end of the output shaft under different bearing preload and inclination situations.Therefore the dynamic response curves of bearing force,transmission error and dynamic meshing force have been obtained.
