液压支架用安全阀流场仿真分析 被引量:3

摘要 安全阀可以保证液压系统内的液体不超过其调定值,是液压系统正常运转的保证。针对用于控制液压支架立柱下腔压力的FAD200/42JA型高压、大流量安全阀,介绍了其基本结构与工作原理,并借助FLUENT软件分析了其在不同压力入口条件下阀芯附近的最大流速变化规律和在不同速度入口条件下阀内的最大压力变化规律。 As an important device that ensures the normal operation of hydraulic system,safety valve plays a role that limits the liquid below the set value in a hydraulic system.This paper introduced the fundamental structure and working principle of FAD200/42JA high-pressure-high-flow safety valve used to control the hydraulic pressure of the lower chamber support column.Furthermore,based on FLUENT software,the paper analyzed the maximum flow variation rule around the valve spool with the condition of different inlet pressure and the maximum press variation rule in the valve with the condition of different inlet flow.
