摘要 运用AMESim中所提供的PCD(Pneumatic Component Design)气压元件设计库对减压阀内部结构进行建模仿真,通过对减压阀弹簧刚度、阀芯质量和阻尼孔截面积等参数进行分析,获得这些参数对减压阀稳压的影响规律。在此基础上调节减压阀模型的参数再次进行仿真分析,依据数据结果对减压阀内部结构优化设计,提高减压阀稳压的准确性和稳定性。仿真结果验证了所建立模型的正确性,对今后减压阀的选型与设计起到指导性的作用。 In this paper,based on Pneumatic Component Design(PCD)Library provided by AMESim,the pressure reducing valve internal structure was modeled and simulated in order to analyze the parameters such as spring stiffness,spool quality,section area of damping hole and obtain the influential rule of the parameters towards the pressure stability.On this basis,the pressure reducing valve model was re-simulated with the adjusted parameters.In addition,according to the result parameters obtained above,the internal structure of the valve was optimally designed which improved the accuracy and stability of the pressure reducing valve.The simulation result verifies the correctness of the established model,and provides a guidance for the selection and design of pressure reducing valves in the future.
