智能坐便器包装件随机振动仿真和疲劳仿真 被引量:3

摘要 对以瓦楞纸板为包装材料的智能坐便器包装件模拟运输情况进行随机振动仿真,验证了产品脆值和薄弱部分的疲劳损伤,从而可实现对包装的检测。用Creo2.0对某品牌智能坐便器缓冲包装进行建模,在ANSYS Workbench中进行随机振动仿真和疲劳仿真,得到缓冲包装等效加速度和下衬垫的损伤等数据。仿真实验表明,缓冲材料能起到随机振动和疲劳振动的保护作用,为大型陶瓷运输包装提供了指导。 In this paper,a simulation experiment including random vibration simulation has been put forward for the simulated transportation conditions of intelligent toilet packaged by corrugated cardboard,which verifies the product fragility and the fatigue damage of weak parts.In this case,the product package has been tested.In addition,this paper established a model for a certain brand of intelligent toilet cushioning package based on Creo2.0.In the situation of ANSYS Workbench,the paper simulated the random vibration and fatigue vibration,so that obtained the data such as cushioning package equivalent acceleration and bottom gasket damage.In the simulation experiment,cushioning material is able to protect the components in the process of random vibration and fatigue vibration,which provides a guidance for large-scale ceramic transportation packaging.
