摘要
曲轴作为发动机的核心部件,其破坏形式主要是轴颈圆角部位的疲劳失效。采用有限元法计算曲轴圆角处的应力集中系数,然后计算曲轴合格系数。与传统经验公式计算得到的合格系数进行对比分析可知:在进行曲轴设计时有限元法和经验公式法两种方法计算的合格系数均需满足要求,才能保证曲轴设计的安全裕度。
As a core component of engines,crankshaft is usually destroyed because of fatigue failure in its journal fillet area.Aiming at the problem mentioned above,this paper calculated the stress concentration coefficient at fillet areas of composite fillet crankshafts according to finite element method,based on which the crankshaft acceptance coefficient was obtained.Comparing with the acceptance coefficient calculated by the equations of traditional experiment,only when both of the acceptance coefficients that calculated by the two methods in the process of designing a crankshaft satisfy the requirement,the safety margin of the crankshaft design could be ensured.
