浅析载沣为政与清朝灭亡

The Government of Zaifeng and the Demise of the Qing Dynasty

载沣是宣统时期的最高掌权者,在位期间曾大力推行新政、发展实业,力图挽救大清王朝。但作为少年亲贵,他又缺少实际的执政能力,在位期间排挤汉人官僚,成立"皇族内阁",开罪立宪派,使其倒向革命阵营;在地方上大力收权、一味镇压民变,激化了中央与地方、民众的矛盾,从而加速了清王朝的灭亡。

Zaifeng held the highest power of the Xuantong period.During his reign,He made great efforts to deduce new policies and developed industry and tried to save the Qing Dynasty.But as a young royal member,he was in lack of practical ability.During the reign,he used to push aside the bureaucrats from Han nationality,set up a"Royal cabinet",annoyed the constitutional faction,making them join revolutionary camp;in local areas,he vigorously retook the power,blindly suppressed the revolt,intensified the contradiction between the central and the local and the people,which in contradiction,accelerated the perish of the Qing Dynasty.
