区域优质教研资源共享流转的“互联网+”模式设计与实验模拟 被引量:21

The “Internet Plus” Pattern Design and Experiment Simulation for the Sharing and Circulating of Regional High-Quality Teaching and Research Resources

摘要 "互联网+教育"正在推动形成以网络教研引领的教师教研发展新形态。但从总体看,当下网络教研在实施过程中却呈现出不断提升宏观一体化补血的低层次共享水平,忽视微观学校和教师个体化造血深层次流转需求的现象,其结果将导致拥有区域优势教研资源的学校和教师与薄弱学校、教师之间的差距进一步拉大,从而导致网络化教研出现新一轮发展不平衡现象。因此依托区域优质教研平台和资源集聚环境,构建一体化的区域优质教研资源流转方案势在必行。区域优质教研资源共享流转的"互联网+"发展模型包含三种教研模式,共同服务于教师教研全过程:实践型教研实施模式基于教研实践资源对接流转平台,实现薄弱学校师资与优势学校优质富余师资的有效对接;科研型教研实施模式基于教研科研资源对接流转平台实现教师科研协同发展;反思型教研实施模式系统统筹教师的自主反思与外部协同反思,基于教研反思资源对接流转平台形成支撑教师专业能力重构的反思连续统。从实验模拟结果的统计和数据分析看,该模型促进了三类教研能力的提高,三类优质教研资源获得了有效的流转。该模型具有现实应用的可行性。 The“Internet Plus Education”has been promoting a new development form of teachers’teaching and research leading by network teaching and research.But in general,the current network teaching and research is presenting a situation in which the low-level sharing,that is,integrative blood replenishing from a macroscopic scale,has been advocated,but the deep circulation demand for individualized hematopoiesis of schools and teachers from a microscopic scale has been ignored.It enlarges the gap between the schools and teachers with regionally advantaged teaching and research resources and those with the weak ones,which results in a new round of unbalanced development of network teaching and research.It is imperative to construct the integrated transferring scheme of regional high-quality teaching and research resource by creating and relying on regional high-quality teaching and research platform and resource agglomeration environment.The“Internet Plus”developing pattern of regional high-quality teaching and research resources consists of three kinds of teaching and research models jointly serving the whole process of teachers’teaching and research to form a teaching and research continuum that conforms to the action.Among the aforementioned three models,the practical teaching and research implementation mode realizes the effective docking between the teachers of weak schools and the high-quality teachers in the superior schools based on the docking and transferring platform of the teaching and research practicing resources.The research-oriented teaching and research implementation mode realizes the coordinated development of teachers’scientific research based on the docking and transferring platform of teaching research and scientific research resources.The reflective model of teaching and research implementation mode forms a reflection continuum that supports the reconstruction of professional competence of teachers based on the docking and transferring platform of teaching research reflective resources.According to the statistics and data analysis of experiment simulation,in this study,the three kinds of teaching and research abilities have been improved,and the three kinds of high-quality teaching and research resources have been effectively transferred,and meanwhile it is feasible for the study to be put into practice
