摘要
选择锦纶长丝Tactel、PA66(DTY)、PA6(DTY)、PA66(FDY)进行结构、拉伸性能、热收缩性能和吸湿性能的研究,结果表明:纤维纵向均较光滑,表面无沟槽,4种纤维均为实心,横截面形状有所差异;纤维结构和成分相近;拉伸性能和热稳定性均较好,Tactel的综合拉伸性能好,沸水收缩率低;PA66(FDY)断裂伸长率和断裂功最高,耐用性好;Tactel回潮率最高,吸湿性能良好,PA66(FDY)的吸湿能力较差;PA6(DTY)吸湿速率变化最大.
The fiber structure,mechanical properties,thermal properties,moisture absorption performance of Tactel,PA66(DTY),PA6(DTY),PA66(FDY)were tested and analyzed.The results indicate that the longitudinal surface of the filaments are smooth,no groove,and four kinds of fibers are solid and have a slightly difference in cross section.The fiber structure and composition are similar.The tensile properties and thermal stability of four fibers are better.The comprehensive tensile properties of Tactel are good,and its shrinkage rate of boiling water is low.The elongational break and fracture work of PA66(FDY)are highest among the four fibers and its durability is good.Tactel has the highest moisture regain rate and good moisture absorption performance.PA66(FDY)has the poor moisture absorption ability.The moisture absorption rate of PA6(DTY)changes greatly.
