摘要
丁苯乳胶(SBR)自黏性好,价格便宜,被广泛作为浸胶帘布黏结剂使用.但由于其机械稳定性差,受环境条件影响在热处理中易产生胶皮.缩短投料与混合时间、降低搅拌速度,避免胶皮产生;改进工艺技术,用软化水代替调胶用低纯水,改变乳胶的加注顺序,调节胶液pH值,以减少渣滓量;罗拉滑动会引起乳胶颗粒集结、产生泡沫、生成渣滓,通过增加橡胶罗拉来减少泡沫量;增加在定型区的停留时间,使胶皮得到有效控制.
SBR(styrene butadiene sbr latex)is self-adhesive,cheap,and is widely used as rubberized cord bonding agent.But due to its poor mechanical stability,the SBR is easily affected by environmental conditions to bring about dipped rubber.By shortening the feeding time,reducing the mixing time,decreasing speed,dipped rubber can be avoided.By improving the technology,replacing low pure water with de-ionized water,changing latex filling sequence and adjusting the adhesive solution PH value,the flocking issue is reduced.Roller slip will cause latex particle buildup,producing foam and generating the flocking issue.Dip scale is reduced by adding rubber rollers.Dip scale is effectively controlled by adding in the residence time of setting zone..Keywords:SBR;properties;dipped;dipped rubber;influence
