摘要
研究了淬火温度对4Cr4W4MoV2Co4组织和抗热疲劳性能的影响.实验结果表明,淬火后钢的组织为马氏体、残余奥氏体和碳化物,硬度随着淬火温度的升高呈现先上升后下降的趋势,抗热疲劳性能受到晶粒尺寸、残余奥氏体含量及碳化物尺寸的综合影响,当淬火温度是1000℃时,抗热疲劳性能最好.
The effect of quenching temperature on the microstructure and thermal fatigue resistance of 4Cr4W4MoV2Co4 was investigated.The results show that the microstructure of the steel after quenching is martensite,retained austenite and carbide.Hardness increases first and then decreases with the increase of quenching temperature.The thermal fatigue resistance is affected by the grain size,the content of residual austenite and the size of carbide.When the quenching temperature is 1 000℃,the thermal fatigue resistance is the best.
