一种基于陶瓷坯体热风烘干系统的控制平台搭建

摘要 在陶瓷生产过程中,坯体烘干是一个非常重要的过程,其中热风烘干技术目前应用较为广泛,故根据热风烘干的工艺要求,设计了一种基于陶瓷坯体热风烘干系统的控制平台。该平台以PLC为核心控制器,HMI设备为上位设备,根据工艺过程,分阶段地对系统的温、湿度进行独立控制。经过实际工程应用,结果证明,该平台可以满足控制系统的要求,且整个系统具有实时性,控制效果较好,具有一定的应用价值。 In the ceramic production process,it is a very important process to dry the green body.Hot air drying technology has been widely applied,according to the requirements of the hot air drying process;a control platform based on ceramic green body hot air drying system has been designed.With PLC as the core controller for the platform,HMI as upper devices,according to the technological process,the temperature and humidity of system are controlled independently.Through the actual engineering application,the results show that the platform can meet the requirements of control system,and the whole system has real-time performance.The control effect is good,the design has a certain application value.
