摘要
中央空调冷冻站节能优化控制系统是以整个冷水机房运行效率最高(或运行能耗最低)为控制目标,以实时制冷负荷为控制依据,根据既定的控制策略对冷水机房中各设备进行协调控制的冷水机房自动化控制系统。对江苏苏州工业园区某会议中心楼宇中央空调系统进行节能优化改造。介绍空调系统改造前后的配置情况、系统原理、系统构架、系统控制策略模型,并提出改造方法。从系统运行情况来看,改造后会议中心空调系统用电成本显著降低,经济效益十分明显。
The control target of central airconditioning refrigera?tion station energysaving optimization control system is maximizing operating efficiency of the entire cold water machine room(or minimizing operating energy)via coordinately controlling cold water machine room automation control system based on realtime cooling load control and the scheduled control strategy.Taking energysaving optimization of the central air?conditioning system in a conference center of Suzhou Industrial Park in Jiangsu Province as an example,the air conditioning system configuration,the system principle,system structure and strategic model before and after the transformation are introduced.The conference center air conditioning electricity costs can be significantly reduced and the economic benefits are obvious according to the running status.
