围绕江苏省新能源汽车产业发展和示范推广的现状及趋势,分析新能源汽车产业发展和示范推广存在的问题,重点从突破动力电池核心技术、构建市场化服务体系、推进配套基础设施建设等方面,提供加快新能源汽车产业发展与示范推广的具体对策,以期实现交通、能源、经济和环境的协调发展。

The problems existing in the development and demonstration of new energy vehicle industry are analyzed based on the present situation and trend in Jiangsu Province,focusing on breakthroughs in the core technology of power batteries,the construction of marketoriented service system,the construction of supporting in?frastructure,etc.In order to realize the coordinated development of transportation,energy,economy and environment,the specific mea?sures for speeding up the development of new energy vebicle indnstry and demonstration and promotion are provided.
