摘要
通过对等级列举式分类法、分面组配式分类法和自由分类法3种主流网络信息资源分类方法进行系统梳理和比对分析,结合电力营销客户标签的创建和应用特点,提出了一种基于电力营销业务的客户标签分类组织方法,为电力营销客户标签库系统管理提供参考。
The main types of network information sources classification,which are hierarchical enumeration,faceted classification and folksonomy are listed and analyzed.According to the characteristics of customer tagscreation and application in various application scenarios,a method for power customer tag classification and organi?zation is put forward,which provides a new idea for the power customer tag system management.
