老城区传统商业街区复兴路径探析

An analysis of the revival path of traditional commercial districts in the old city

以状元坊街区为例,通过对传统商业街进行深入解读,对状元坊街区的历史进行挖掘以及现状问题总结,提出老城区传统商业街的复兴路径"一方式三要素",即自主更新,共筹操作的改造方式,建筑肌理特色保留、功能复合化、产业的文化植入改造要素,最后在状元坊核心区改造中进行应用,希望通过对状元坊街区的改造,使其摆脱老城区传统商业街衰败、覆灭的困境,早日走上城市复兴之路。
