摘要
以温州市为研究区域,探讨了基于GIS内河航道系统设计与开发中的理论、技术和方法。实现了内河航道桥梁、跨河电缆等信息分布图的测绘与制作,内河航道信息图形库和属性库的建立,以及利用VS2010+C#对温州内河航道查询系统进行了设计与开发。为温州市港航管理局及时掌握内河航道信息提供科学的方法依据,同时也为内河航道信息共享、查询提供快捷方便的手段。
Based on the research area of Wenzhou city,this paper discusses the theory,technology and method of the design and development of inland waterway system based on GIS.This implements the inland waterway information such as bridges,cable across a river map surveying,mapping and production,the establishment of the inland waterway information graphics library and attribute database and the use of VS2010+C#in Wenzhou inland waterway query system has carried on the design and development.It provides a scientific method for the port and waterway administration of Wenzhou city to master the information of inland waterway and also provides quick and convenient means for information sharing and inquiry of inland waterways.
