摘要
介绍了PCC控制器在巨型水电厂水轮机调速器上的研究与应用,主要介绍调速系统性能特点、控制策略研究和现场实际应用情况3个方面,在控制策略方面对调速器功率控制、频率自动控制、适应式变参数PID控制的方法进行了讨论和总结,并针对调速器维护方面提供了实践经验及数据。采用PCC控制的微机调速器动态性能和稳定性能指标良好,具有功能完善、运行稳定、可靠性高、维护方便等优点,特别适用于特大型水轮机组调速器控制。
This paper introduces research on application of PCC controller in turbine governor of a huge hydropower station,mainly describes performance characteristics,research on control strategy and actual field application situations of governing system, discusses and summarizes strategies for governor power control, automatic frequency control and adaptive variable parameter PID control, and provides practical experience and data related to governor maintenance. A microcomputer-based governor with PCC controller is characterized by good dynamic property and stability performance indexes, and advantaged by complete functions, stable operation, high reliability and easy maintenance, and is particularly suitable for governor control of extra-large turbine unit.
