论我国地方政府的法治建设

On the Construction of Law in China Local Government

改革开放以来,我国地方政府的法治化建设取得了重大的成绩,同时在法治化进程中也存在着一些问题,党的十九大再次将依法治国作为治国理政的一个基本方略。以我国地方政府法治建设现状为研究切入点,通过对比分析发现在法治化建设推进过程中存在的问题,在此基础上,深度剖析,探寻问题存在的原因,有针对性地提出了相关对策和建议,探讨了建设法治政府的思想路径和具体的实践路径。

Since the reform and opening up,China's local government has made great achievements in the construction of the legal system,and there are also some problems in the process of legalization.The19th National Congress of the CPC once again takes it as a basic strategy for governing the country and for governing politics.Based on the status quo of the rule of law construction of local government in China,this paper finds out the problems existing in the progress of the rule of law construction through comparative analysis.On this basis,this paper analyzes in depth,explores the reasons for the existence of the problems,puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions pertinently,and creatively proposes the ideological path and specific practice path of building a government ruled by law.
